Our Story

From horse trailer
to showstopper

It started as a 1984 Shelby two-horse trailer. We stripped it down, rebuilt every surface by hand, and transformed it into a fully functional mobile bar that stops guests in their tracks the moment it rolls in. The counters? Made from reclaimed bowling lanes.

Sage & Saddle isn't a catering company — it's a statement piece you rent for your event. Summer parties, winter markets, weddings, festivals — the trailer arrives styled, lit, and ready to be the most photographed corner of your celebration.
